Product designer building systems for high-stakes environments.
I design complex sociotechnical systems where decisions matter: police dispatch operations, healthcare platforms serving millions, and enterprise tools that need to work under pressure. My approach combines rigorous qualitative research with functional prototyping to solve problems where design directly impacts safety, efficiency, and human decision-making.
I started in graphic design, learning visual systems thinking and clear communication. Transitioning to UX, I discovered that the most compelling problems involve understanding complex workflows and designing systems people actually need. My HCI training at Georgia Tech formalized this through semi-structured interviews, contextual inquiry, affinity mapping, and journey mapping.
I have worked with Porsche and Align Technology, designing products and systems that balance precision with user empathy. At Align, I redesigned the patient dashboard for 12 million users worldwide and contributed to e-commerce experiences that simplified complex healthcare decisions.
