Smart Fleet Systems
A full rebrand and new website that turns vehicle safety technology into a clear risk-to-solution story for fleet operators.
The challenge
Smart Fleet Systems needed a brand and website as serious as its work. 360° video surveillance, GPS tracking, blind spot detection, on-site installation, and upfitting deserved more than a flat product list with no clear way to ask for a quote.
Our approach
We built a new identity (the Connected SFS logo, navy, fleet blue, and a single amber signal), then a site that opens with the risks fleet managers feel and pairs each with the system that solves it, backed by an on-site install story and a four-step process.
The result
A finished brand and live website with quote and call actions on every screen.
01
A product list is not a story
Fleet managers do not shop for cameras. They carry risk: a blind spot accident, a stolen vehicle, a liability claim with no footage. Smart Fleet Systems had never spoken to any of that. The hardware was presented the way a catalogue does, item by item, leaving the visitor to connect the dots.
The rebrand started there. Before a single pixel, we rewrote the offer around the five risks every fleet operator recognises, then paired each one with the system that answers it.

02
The Connected SFS identity
The new mark builds the letters SFS from modular dashboard grid lines, cut through by a single forward-moving route. It reads as both a monogram and a map: vehicles in motion, connected by one system.
The palette is deliberate. Deep charcoal navy carries authority, fleet blue carries technology, and one restrained amber signal appears only where attention matters, the way a warning light works on a dashboard. Inter gives both headlines and body copy a precise, highly legible technical voice.

03
A site that sells the way fleets buy
The website opens with the risks, not the products. Each section names a problem in the operator's language, shows the system that solves it, and offers a direct next step: request a quote, book an install, or call.
An on-site installation section shows the work itself, because fleets buy from teams they trust on their lot. A four-step process (assess, specify, install, support) removes the uncertainty that stalls enquiries. Every screen ends with a way to start the conversation.
Vehicle-fit guidance helps operators prepare before they call. It maps service vans, work trucks, box trucks, and specialty vehicles to likely applications while making one boundary explicit: hardware brands, models, warranties, pricing, turnaround, and fleet minimums are confirmed during specification, never guessed on a marketing page.
